Shea Carver
Shea is the Studio Manager and Lead Trainer at Pulse Lagree Studio. With a decade of full-time experience in the fitness industry, she brings both depth of knowledge and a thoughtful, grounded approach to her work as a coach and educator.
Shea holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Neuroscience, along with a background in Kinesiology research. She became a Registered Yoga Teacher in 2016, and Lagree Certified in 2017. She has been teaching both ever since.
In addition to coaching clients, Shea has led Yoga Alliance–approved teacher trainings and mentored Lagree instructors, guiding them from certification to confident and capable.
Shea’s approach to training is rooted in both science and experience, with an emphasis on helping clients better understand and connect to their bodies. Her classes are challenging yet accessible, designed to build both mental and physical strength with intention, awareness, and consistency.
Outside of the studio, Shea enjoys spending time outdoors, being a mom to two kids and an Australian Shepherd, and dance music.
