Hey there! I’m Shea, and I’m on a mission. I want to show you what happens to your brain when you move your body. I want you to know what it’s like to feel strong and confident.

It takes time, effort, and consistency, but I can guide you there.

Through a mixture of exercise science, neuroscience, strength & endurance training, yoga, mobility practice, breath work, and meditation, I’ll take you on a journey to the powerful intersection of physical movement and mental health. Learn more about my background here.
